It started in the backyard. The fire kept growing.
County Line BBQ began in a Norfolk County backyard with a love of barbecue and a drive to make every cook better than the last. A weekend hobby turned into an obsession with flavour—and that obsession carried us from the backyard to competition wins.
Those wins lit a bigger fire. We wanted to put the flavour we’d worked so hard to create into the hands of other people who love to cook. That’s how our Original Spice Rub became the start of something bigger.
Always creating. Always hungry for what’s next.
Our vision is to keep pushing flavour forward: testing new ideas, creating new rubs and sauces, and growing the County Line collection. Every small batch we make here in Norfolk County, Ontario, carries the same passion that started it all.
And one day? We hope to open the doors to a County Line BBQ restaurant—a place to gather, share a meal, and taste what this whole journey has been about.
